Using of Click-to-Call

The Click-to-Call feature in Ainvox enables users to call customers directly from the website using a virtual phone number, simplifying customer outreach and communication.

Step 1: Locate the Click-to-Call Button

  • On the Ainvox dashboard, you will find the Click-to-Call button in green at the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Initiate the Call

  • After clicking the green Call button, the system first connects the call to the assigned agent.

Step 3: Agent Answers the Call

  • Once the agent picks up the call, the system automatically forwards the call to the customer using a virtual phone number.

Step 4: Monitor the Call

  • As the call progresses, you can monitor the call status and track its duration from the dashboard, ensuring smooth communication.
