Step 1: Locate the Click-to-Call Button
- On the Ainvox dashboard, you will find the Click-to-Call button in green at the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Initiate the Call
- After clicking the green Call button, the system first connects the call to the assigned agent.
Step 3: Agent Answers the Call
- Once the agent picks up the call, the system automatically forwards the call to the customer using a virtual phone number.

Step 4: Monitor the Call
- As the call progresses, you can monitor the call status and track its duration from the dashboard, ensuring smooth communication.
